You remember correctly. An interesting thing about Levo is that they always let you land, even if they hate you. The starting planet in EVO doesn't do this, but I think Pax might.

Council Station. It is surrounded by mystery. I always get this weird sensation strange I land there. It also happens to be the only place that I will waste my time dominating, since they always refuse allowing me to land without a cargo shipment. Bounty hunters are easy to kill anyway...

Yep, no matter how many horrible things you do to people, they still give you some rights.

Outpost Terapin. Honestly, the Zidagar have less military presence in the system
than the Azdgari or Igadzra, yet they hold it valiantly.

When I play as the Zidagar, my Z.S.S Topaz always spends it's time in Terapin
(the Z.S.S Topaz is a Zidara).

The Zidagar are so incredibly brave to hold it, when they could just rig it to
explode and take out massive numbers of enemy ships.

Hehe, yes it is a pretty important system in all three of the strand mission strings :). And the Azdgari do get to destroy it.. and so would the Igadzra if there was any justice. It can be fun when you're with the Zidagar because you can get a mission to destroy Igadzra and one to destroy Azdgari in the Terapin system, making it a great place for a holiday!
