In the standard game of PoG, the Great War Axe of Misery has the best stats, though it is 2-handed while the Dwarven Runic Sword is single handed.

In Trinity the Great Wolf Claws are undoubtably the best weapon, though it is Ranger only.

True, SoL is the most awesome weapon I've yet to see but it does not come in either PoG or the Trinity plug-in, which were the only sources mentioned before.

I agree wholeheartedly. I just shelled out the 22k for these things and they were worth every penny. Killing things is like putting a hot knife through butter! Just about every creature that I have seen I can kill in one or two swings. If your a ranger definitely save up for this item!

For the Swordsman (in Trinity), the best weapon I know of is the Scimitar of Darkness. This weapon hits the player for 6-10 stamina whenever it misses. However, once you raise your luck enough, you can glean enough potions from any worthwhile monster to make it feasible. (My level 27 character accumulates so many potions that eventually they have to be sold, or I encounter a framerate drop when I open my inventory.)

For the Swordsman it is Courage! I love it! I believe it deals out the highest amount of damage of any sword, nice mods and all the random bonuses.....mmmmm...mmmmm...good...

Again, this weapon is not available in PoG or Trinity. If you want to open this up to include all plug-ins there will be no end in sight. Anyone can create a weapon with higher capabilities then the last one. Let's limit this to PoG and Trinity. Please.

My apologies. I have no clue what the source of the sword is. I thought it was Trinity. I am one who doesn't read all the small print. I just play and know I obtained the sword. I can now assume it comes from the Spell Enhancer plug-in as that is the only other plug-in I have. My bad.
