hoi hoi, now i know most of you people hate these topics and laugh at them/cry/moan on them/think about the days when there was a search function, but I can't work out how to start F-25. i've done the Nebula missions but what is the UE Central objective ??

That's how far I got before I quit using F-25. I couldn't find out what to do next! :frown:

Arazon -- the UE central objective involves freeing the Hinwar planet from the control of the Voinians. The string starts on... umm... the voinian's northmost planet... I believe it's called Rimor. (It's been a while).. in the bar, you'll meet a Hinwar that asks for your help.

Flatty is almost correct. The Hinwar string starts on Ekuip Station in the Romit system, but its only available AFTER you help the Emalgha conquer it and assist the UE in driving the Voinians out of Avann.
BTW, the phrase "search than ask" is stupid and idiotic, and should never dissuade you from asking questions. The best thing that happened to these UBB boards was when the search function was disabled. Answering questions is largely what this board is for, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

And I hate to start a search debate, but I will anyway.... first off, search then ask doesn't only apply to questions... actually, for me (my Search, Inc), it referred mostly to the endless number of polls that people would start... I mean, it used to be that 2 polls with the SAME EXACT NAME were running at the same time on the board... and a few days earlier, another clone. Not everyone might share my beliefs on these polls, but they get really annoying after a while.
I'm perfectly happy to answer questions, which is what I've been doing lately instead of saying "the answer is out there, go search for it"... you're right, it leads to a more productive board environment... but, the polls really have to stop.

Yes, exactly.
But before "Karma" was introduced, and when the "Search" function was still there, it was quite easy to get you to break the peace, wasn't it??!?

Thanks guys I got it working, problem is some of the missions are outta wack, I keep getting these 'carry-on the mission' with words like 'the traitor's escaped again now you have to track him down' OK that ain't a mission but you get the idea.
Oh yeah, my co-pilot aint called Craig
But never mind - it beats the SW plug

Why, I'm glad to see you too. Make sure some of my sarcasm didn't drip onto your shoes there....
It's funny that people have the false notion that I was some riot-causing peace breaker. What gives? I'm not the one who would yell "search then ask" in my reply posts. It's not my fault that I became famous and my name was just kind of associated with searching. I always posted civil and/or witty replies, reminding the user that the search feature existed.
And karma has no power. Except on the Banter and Brawl board, apparently. But, that's a whole different story.

Sounds like someone played the plug-in with a pilot used in another plug-in.
But don't bother with F-25 1.4. I hear a new version is coming out pretty soon.. A total re-write, too.
