      This is a plea to all of you plug-in developers out there. The Arada is a really great ship; good speed, good weapons space, and reasonable cargo space. I would really like this ship, if it weren't so ugly. Can any developer out there make a plug that would make the Arada look better. Please! It's a desperate situation!

      Well, I must say you are the very first person I've met at the boards who thinks the Arada is ugly. Sure, it isn't a original, but it's sleak design really looks awesome. I'm sure their are plugs that makes a better Arada, but most plugs tend to lean toward the original design of the Arada.

      I think that most of the ships from the Crescent could use better graphics.

      Not really, I think all Crescent ships are cool. Of course, you could always use MAGMA...

      I agree...When I first played Override, I didn't like the Strand vessels very much, but that's because I had never seen them before. After I hung around them for awhile, I really began to like their ships, especially the Arada. And like Carnotaur said, get MAGMA if you want new ship graphics...Although I don't like the Arada in it as much, you might like it, Mattmo.

      Consider capturing an Arada in the Strand War... that way you'll get one with a decent paint job, at least. Hell, you could even pay for one! Just watch out for aliens who mistake you for their age-old enemies as a result.

      Good idea. Blue is my favorite color, so sometimes (though rarely) I disable and capture a Zacha Arada...They have the best paint job. The only problem is a lot of the Miranu and Zacha places will hate you...

      If you DISABLE a ship of a race that likes you, I don't think it hurts your rating with them. In the Crescent anyway. Once Iwas fighting an Igazra, and I disabled it, and took anything it had, not much, I don't remember what it had, but anyway, I aborted after taking what I could, and didn't blow it up. Now the Igadzra and the Raiga system (sp?) seemed to think of me as a Good Egg, even though I did the Azdgari missions, and my Good Egg didn't change. I don't know why, but they still liked me.

      Ofcourse, the rest of Igadzra space hated my guts, but thats because I did the Azdgari Missions. 🙂

      Maybe the Zachit are the same, go try stealing one! I would, but I have had too much history with my A.E.S. Firebird. Also, it has the Exp. Shield Generator, so I can't just go and give it away....
