    • Banker ignores swordsman

A pair of requests for anyone who creates plug-ins with NPCs: please include -- somewhere -- information about what any key NPCs look like (at least a hint). Also, please give all added NPCs something to say when you try to click them. I've spent the last while trying to click on an NPC from Sapphire thinking it was the banker...nice clothes, gold necklace, near a well...hmmm, this must be the banker....why's he ignoring me?

(edited because the problem I thought I had was not the problem I really had...)

Hi Axe, Welcome to the boards. The fellow in Sapphire is one of the few who does not talk to you at the beginning. As you probably know by now, he only talks after you have met Sapphire herself. When this plug-in was released, there were no others which placed people around the center of town, so it wasn't an issue. It may be a good idea to get yourself familiar with each plug-in separately, by that I mean don't start two plug-ins which you have not played before at the same time. If only because you may have a hard time keeping the various quests straight in your mind. This will only get more difficult as new plug-ins get released. ~RD

The (url="http://"http://www.evula.org/rduck/")Kingdom of Garendall(/url) sectional map is easily printed from gif format pages.
Find those areas you missed the first time around. You'll want to explore those hidden areas now made accessible with Spells Expander.

Actually, I like this suggestion and agree with it. Even if an npc says, "Go away, I don't want to talk to you. Your mother was a hamster and your father smells of elderberry!" it is still something to let you know, "Hey, this is something new and was placed here for a reason."

I also dislike NPCs that say nothing.
