    • Blasphemous Balashova!

Where is Anna! I speak of the one and only Anna Balashova! She is hidden! I believe I read somewhere that a certain 'Nadir' has captured her. Any help would help!

Actually, she's not. But, in order to complete the mission string and find her, you have to first go to Freeport in the Riomor system.

      ------------------

    • Yes, you start your search on Freeport, then continue to get lots of hints and stuff until finally you have to disable the Nadir and rescue Anna.

You should be able to bribe your way into Freeport, or try killing a few UEs.

    • Killing UEs won't work, but you could try the renegade string.

    • UE officials on Knox ask you to find her, so head to Freeport and bribe your way in. Some old pirate will tell you to visit the system to the galactic north of Riomer and then land on Iothe Prime. Go to the bar and you'll be told to kill all the Renegades in the system you inspected and land on the planet. You'll be sent on a wild goose chase to Freeport again, before the Captains of Freeport inform you that Anna is aboard the Nadir, a heavily upgraded Turncoat. You may need to hire some escorts to disable the Nadir, that is if your ship isn't particularly strong. Once you've boarded the Nadir and rescued her return to Knox. You'll be 2.5 million credits richer AND be able to buy the UE Cruiser, which is a pretty nice ride.

No, it'll work. Trust me, I've already looked at the Human Renegade government, and their enemy is the UE. Thus, kill UE = Renegades like you (Human Renegades at least).

Oh yeah. I thought their xenophobic or bribe flag made them always hostile until you did their missions. Do you know which flag makes your legal status always N/A?

    • nope

    • What do you mean "nope"? I asked Carnotaur if he knew the flag that makes your legal status N/A in certain governments.

    • You're not up against a time limit on that mission, so don't worry about it too much... If you check the mission computers regularly, you ought to get a cargo or passenger mission for Freeport, which will allow you to land there regardless of legal status.

Bribes do work there as well, though.

Simple, reason: The Pirates are Xenophobic, so they will attack everyone except for allies and you if you have a good record with them. Thus, you always have a N/A status in their systems, although they can like and hate you.

    • Ok, I can awnser two questions here:

      1. The Xenophobic flag (0x0001) will make your legal status N/A in the system no matter what.

      2. You will be able to land at Freeport even wihtout a cargo delivers, as the mission you currently have requires that you land there, and that overrides your legal status when landing. Just like you cna land for a cargo delivery.

And it took me a loooooong time to figure out that mission. I was racing all over the universe looking for a ship named "Target Vessal" or something like that. It wasn't until I demanded tribute from Freeport and won that I figured out that I was supposed ot land there.

You sure about the second one? In one mission you don't have any mission active and you have to land on Freeport. However, that doesn't really matter, because all Renegades always take bribes (usually at least).

    • You can definitely dock at Freeport for free when doing the mission in question. That's kind of the clue I feel - once you get annoyed with trying to find where to go you may eventually find yourself there.. then find they let you in - interesting :).

      ------------------

    • But I'm sure there is another mission that ends on one planet, and you have to go to another planet to get the next mission in the UE Cruiser mission string. I'm positive about this one.
