I finished ROTV-I, and I wanted to start ROTV-II, but I don't know what to do. The Universe has changed a little bit too. At the end of ROTV-I, the Voinians had captured the Sol system, but now the UE still has it. Does anyone know where I should go to start the missions and why we lost Sol?

ROTV-II starts, if I recall correctly, on your own station on Yandros. It'll say something like "after many months of inactivity, blah blah blah"...
I don't think the UE should control Sol in the beginning of ROTV II.... I think something went wrong with your plug....

Quick question, did you take ROTV 1 out of your plug-in folder when you started ROTV 2. You need both and that would explain why the UE just won back Sol.

No, you are incorrect. The mission on Yandros is still in Reign I. Reign II begins I believe at New Voina, or somewhere thereabout. If you don't know where New Voina is, you probably haven't beaten Reign I yet.

New Voinia is what the Voinians renamed Earth when they captured it from the UE in ROTV-I. But when I looked at ROTV-II the Sol system was once again ruled by the UE! I don't understand what is going on! Please help!

You have to have both ROTV-1 and ROTV-2 both in the plugs folder at the same time. Ask Bomb for more info.
