Check this one out: I have completed all of the requirements for Reign of the UE a long long LONG time ago, i know so. HOwever, now that i try the new plug, when i open that pilot, and that pilot only, the entire center of the voinian empire has vanished from the map....

Go to the nearest UE mission computer. Scroll til you see some missions entitled
"ROTUE Setup". Select those missions, and they will restore the missing space.
