What's to fix? Wizard of war stays in effect long enough to defeat all the creatures in the arena (a nice boost to experience) and not much longer. If you're the daring type, try sticking around in the Swordsman guild until the spell wears off. (hehe) ~RD

um...well, how about that this spell is 500 times more annoying than other spells when they don't wear off. It is really annoying to want to go into the mage tower, but have to wait around because WoW won't wear off. The only good thing is that once you get moki and SoL, you won't need WoW, so it won't matter

This is correct. Magic in my view is just like the rest of life(in a fantasy sense, heh), maybe even more so, in that actions have resuls and consequences.
With this spell the benefit is that you are more or less invincible(or, maybe you're just a loony). The downside is that you remain that way until the spell wears off. This was intentional, and I intentionally made it so you could not turn back at the drop of a hat.
Personally I enjoy casting moki followed by WoW. But maybe that's just me...
The bottom line is that some people will like how it works, and others will not. The ones who like it will probably use it, the ones who don't probably won't. And thats ok.

Hi Drffat, Welcome to the boards! The problem these fellows are having, as I see it, is just a lack of planning. As Stark has said "actions have results and consequences" and casting Moki or Wizard of War certainly shows this. Personally, I like to take advantage of the spell's power until it wears off by beating on the bad guys while I can, and then using the gatestone to seek sanctuary in the tower when the spell power disapates. ~RD
