I bought my game like a month ago, and since my connection is less than perfect I didn't want to sit down for a 7 our download, so I ordered the CD. BUT IT STILL HASN'T GOTTEN HERE!!! how long do these things take?

Depends on when you ordered it, your location in reference to ASW and if you ordered it anytime during the holidays. Just be patient (I know, it's hard)

Did you pay the extra $5 for the CD as well as specified on the order form that you wanted the cd sent to you?
If so then I would contact lostcodes@ambrosiasw.com and cc a copy of the e-mail to help@ambrosiasw.com. In your mail specify your information(Name, address, product you registered, how you paid for the order, when you placed the order) and tell them that you wanted the CD but you have not seen it yet. They will be able to pull up your order and find out if it has been shipped yet or not, and probably provide you with an ETA.
Also, with Thursday having been a federal holiday, I would not expect a reply to your e-mail until Monday or Tuesday. I would wager that Ambrosia staff has had Thursday-Sunday off work so they will most likely have a pile of mails to go through. But they will get your mail and they will respond to you.
