      I went to the Chorca system to rescue the Vonion defector from the shuttle; but sence I've dominated some systems, a Bounty Hunter came a destroyed the shuttle when it was after me. Is there anyway to redo to mission? (I've already landed on a planet, so it has saved over it.)

      No, you're screwed. Go back to wherever you got the mission and you should get a dialog box telling you that the Voinians destroyed the shuttle and then went and blew up Pareen Station.

      That actually happens if you fail the mission? Whoa......somehow I've never encountered that.

      I dont remember that dialog box but yes. I tried to do that mission with a transport with my first pilot and failed and never got parrean.

      which reminds me, has anyone created a plug that explains how voinian ships were able to get to the chorca system.

      Let's see...

      There's a think called a "Hyperlink" they could go through from Obron to Zator to DSN-3620 to DSN-114 to Verril to Tulir to Chorca making sure it was night on the side of the planet facing them in Tulir and Verril. The Voinians knew it was a suicide mission so they didn't need any extra fuel.

      you might be able to mess around a bit to change the mission bits in that mission string. that could make it so you get the mission again.

      Is this a plug that you are working on? I know the voinian defector mission but always had to go to Dogover, not Chorca...

      no, this is after. he's talking about when you have to rescue the defector from the disabled shuttle in chorca. right before paaren station becomes operational.
