I've conqured every system in the galexy and I landed on a southern UE planet then an admiral or general dude in the bar started to tell me that he was despirate and he needed my help so he leads me into a semi-secret room and karate chopped me. When I woke up he told me about some queer asteroids called weirdoes that were attacking freighters in an uninhabited system and that I was to 'observe' them and he would send a fleet to protect me incase the weirdoes attack me, and when I had observed them that I was to return for further instructions. So I get to the system and there is no one there then a group of shuttles titled weirdoes jump in and so does a huge fleet of UE ships. Then the UE ships started attacking me, I destroyed every one of them and returned to the planet but there was no one there. Pretty queer huh.

If you've conquered all the planet i probably dont need to tell you this but did they hyper in and suddenly attack you. Or did you start firing at the weirdos and then a couple stray shots hit them first. It doesn't take much to **** them off.

1. You are using a plug-in or the game was alter in some other way.
2. This is some strange easter egg.
3. You aren't tell the complete truth or none at all.

It was in southern UE space near the renagade outpost I'm not sure of the name but I'll find out eventually, and yes I was useing a plug.

Yes, I believe Freelancer was joking. For the love of God, why would any UE admiral karate chop you? However, there is a ship called the "Strange Asteroid" which looks exactly like a shuttle. I believe the mission(s?) involving are come from one of the strands, not the UE. Oh yeah, and to prevent the UEs from firing on you, go download EVO Govt Fixer- it makes sure you can't fire (and therefore provoke) whatever government you choose.

Heh. That was an easter egg in (url="http://"http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/dsghosh/evosite/scw.html")Super Crescent Warship(/url), a cheat plug I made. I made that part when I was bored, and kept it for no reason at all...just for fun. I'm glad someone found it.

And finally, the mission pays 5 million credits if you can finish it. I'm guessing that you somehow didn't finish it, maybe because you fired on the UE ships. (And they fired on you because you dominated all their planets and destroyed many of their ships in the process.) And those "(url="http://"http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/dsghosh/evosite/shipyard1.html#shuttle")shuttles(/url)" are indeed the strange asteroids of that mission in the "Cure New Calcutta" mission string.

Lol... It would be funny if you created a plug in and one person would create a mission, save it, upload it, and someone else download it and add another mission. Might turn up disasterous, but would be funny to see if it actually worked.
