Still doesn't work for me in NS, and I think I know why:
1. You have more <FRAMESET> tags than you do </FRAMESET> tags.
2. Put </NOFRAMES> before the </BODY> tag.
The first one is what is causing the problem (wonderful NS makes you close your tags, that's why I love it so for debugging), the second one may or may not have any revelance, but I'm just nit-picky enough to notice it and comment on it.
