Ugh, last time, I am having trouble with my PC chopping off resource forks from downloads for EVO. I download on the PC then transfer to the mac(no internet on mac). I know this can be avoided if I don't unstuff it on the PC but the one I am trying to download now(ROTV) unstuffs automatically. If there is any way around this, please tell me. Okay I'm done. :rolleyes:

Fix it in the prefs. Don't know where, but somewhere there is an option to automatically decompress things. Turn it off. Someone more browser-literate than me can answer better...

I think it should be known that my poor mac happens to be a CENTRIS! Yes, pre-power mac centris 610 I believe. I am so sad for my stone-age mac. They made the shape with a chisel I think...

If you're using netscape, here's how to do this:

1. Go to Prefs and select "Applications" under the "Navigator" section.
2. Scroll down until you see "Macintosh Stuffit Archive"
3. Select it and press "Edit"
4. Click on the "Save to Disk" radio button

Hope this helps (and works)!

Hmm, well, I can't tell a difference. So far, I have tried numerous times to get the mission on Svass Station and haven't gotten anything. I even went so far as to start a new pilot and go all the way through all the voinian missions, but no dice. Any other ideas? Oh yeah, it still shows up on the mac as a word doc, I don't think that's quite right...
