      How do you get the two nebula exploration missions (the ones that you have to have completed for the F-25 plugin to work)?

      You have to complete the Miranu Trade Relations mission at Mira and the MTC missions at Blaga-perhaps not the latter-and then go to Station Pybin.

      I think you also need a reasonable combat rating and good legal status across Miranu space.

      Alan is right... it's not that simple, you need to play most of the game first..... (to get combat rating + government rating)

      no, the NPD missions start on Station Pybin
      does it make sense to start a scientific mission at a place with no science place

      do I need to repeat myself??? Good. now shut up. You get a mission to deliver something to Iggy space from Kitrak. That is part of the NPD missions. They continue at Station Pybin.
