I have money now 
a little...but how do I get the systems to the east to let me land? I have been running missions, but if i dont have a mission to deliver, they dont let me land (and its hard to get fuel...i end up waitin around for scoops)

Check their goverment name. If it's izgarda(or something like that) Then it's time to choose which side of the strand war you want to be on. If you dont want to decide yet, head north instead of east. It's best to start from outpost theta.
P.S. Did you side with the voinians or the u.e. If you chose voinians I think you'll be the only person to side with them with their first pilot file.

well, i tried to side with the vionians, but i kept getting killed, so i tried the Paaren Staration thing, but i couldnt find the last mission string...so im just trading right now...i would like to side with the miranu (i ran the mission that lets them trade with us or somethin like that). if u have any tips id be happy to hear em

Do you have a freight couier? The missions are impossible without that ship or better. And the way I do it is I wait for a V. crusier(or at least a frigate) to jump in-system then I open up with my hunter missles. I also get another blaze turret to help in the "Broadsiding". Then board as fast as you can and jump out fast. The next one's a LOT easier if you're quick.
My brother did the Voinian missions on his first (and only) pilot file. He destroyed Verril Prime and got tired of the game ad went to StarCraft.
I agree, the Freight Courier is very handy. I actually like it more than the Lazira, it's not as good but almost one third the price... the other millions you can spend upgrading. Hey I beat the Dreadnought in my trusty Freight courier (with shield and armor upgrades and several mass expansions and an added sae launcher)

Frieght coureirs ARE good but get the cre. warship fast if you'er going to work for the voinians. Nothing is better then that for beating up U.E.

Grrr i typed this up beore and it asked for a pass and when it went back it erased what i type...so this time ill get strait to the point: how do i get vionians to like me? iv been killing UE but the vionians still attack me
The only way they will not kill you is if you do their missions. Go to Pax,look in the bar, accept the mission and board the freight courier in the bakka system.
P.S. when you board the courier a message pops up in the lower-left corner. You dont get the normal screen.
P.P.S. did you get the defector from pax and take him to luna? If you did you can't work for the voinians with that pilot.

yay the voinians like me now!! (i started a new char) i have been working with them in on the third or fourth mission and i have 3 UE fighter escorts
Ive been trying a mission where im supposed to goto bakka and help the Voinian fleet fight UE...well im the only voinian there!!! needless to say i keep dieing...is there anything i can do to get more voinians there?
