      Wouldn't it be great if a dominated government were unable (or much less likely) to hire mercenaries, once you've dominated all the planets of that government? Where are they getting all the money from? I can waste a crescent warship and its three diddy little fighters, no problem... but it gets a bit repetitive.

      The real problem is that there just isn't enough variation in Bounty Hunters.
      It's not appropriate that the hunters they hire all happen to fly
      Crescent Warships.

      BTW, a few days ago I noticed a pers from the Hunter government flying a
      Freight Courier. Now you're talking! Maybe after I kill enough of the
      CW-flying hunters, I'll lose enough status with the hunter govt and then
      the hunter perses will become hostile?
