I don't really see the point of this question...
You want to make a webpage, but you don't want to learn HTML, correct? HTML only takes about 10 minutes to learn...it is a very simple language, and should be learned IMO....
Anyways, you may want to try Dreamweaver 3...it has a 30 day trial on it, so you can see if you like it. Adobe GoLive is also pretty good, it also has 30 trial. I suggest that you just learn basic HTML and get a freeware or shareware HTML editor...after all, Dreamweaver and GoLive are pretty expensive, and if you are only going to be doing small, non-complex pages, those expensive editors aren't really necessary...
You may also want to check out (url="http://"http://www.freewebspace.net")www.freewebspace.net(/url) and search for a space providor...some actually have decent editors that don't use HTML.
