I wonder if anyone has done a plug for EV:Override that clears all mission bits?

there used to be on for old EV so that you could throw the plug in and clear bits then do them over again.. or follow a different string..

No - notice he said clear all the bits, not set them. Essentially, make it as though you have not played any missions at all. However, you still shouldn't mix plugs. EV starts actng really weird.
