I still haven't gotten far enough, as 1.02 is so flaming HARD, and was wondering if someone could just tell me. What is the MARINE outfit? You get it in the D'Erlon missions. Please tell me what it does, somebody!

I'm not sure about the 1.0.2 version, but in my version (and I think in version 1.0.1 as well) the marines make it able to capture ships better (raises the possibility to capture a ship).

The Marines aren't an outfit. If you complete all of the Emalghia missions, and get to the hinwar Missions, eventually, you have to get D'erlon's marines to capture a space station. This upshot is, that if you take that mission, it makes it easier to capture another ship.

This is a perfectly valid (though maybe a little stupid) question, the "Marine" type outfit increases your crew members by X, thus raising the chance of captureing a ship.

The "Marine" type outfit is ONLY in EVO 1.0.2, it was NOT in 1.0.1

uhmm, no, you get an outfit called "Marine gear" once you complete the (last?) mission (or at the begining, not sure) that increases your crew by 200, so, you see, they really ARE an outfit.

yeah, and if ya use both sides of the UE/Voinian war then ya use a V. Cruiser and get over 1000 troops hehe...
