How do I get a UE Cruiser?

first thing u gotta do is get the mission in the New Taranto bar to find Anna Balashova. Then go to i think riomar and land on Freeport. There will be another clue there. follow the missions until you escort anna balashova back to knox,then the UE Cruiser will be available.
