    • Wouldn't you probably aciddently run right off the platform?<<

I'm guessing that the first dozen or so times you will, yes. But it does work, and just in case you haven't already encountered one, this isn't the only place in this game where you have to run-jump in a very small space. Matter of fact, I'm a little mystified as to how you got to the last elevator thingie without using that technique. <G> I couldn't until I figured it out.

It's because we're so desperate for love and attent--- I mean it is because playing Ferazel's Wand makes us better people. You should play too and then you can succeed in life. 😄

Thought I'd answer the original question, in case you're still stuck...
Wait until you've killed the Goblin King, get the Tree Trunk Spell, then use that to climb up to the far right end of the platform. Much easier than trying to navigate those stupid springs. It's worth it because there is a rez necklace up there. (It's easier to go "with" the wind than against it.)

Boy am I dumb! I never thought of the tree trunk spell there. That might make it possible for me to get the full 100% on that level. I've managed to get into the pool but never succeded in getting to the other side.

Sorry, theres no secret spot over there. And, I'd like to let you know it IS possible to use the springs to get across. I did, anyway. Ok, maybe I'm sounding a bit braggish right now...

You can actully get to the pool and the rez necklace without getting the tree-trunk spell. (It's hard if you don't though). I got the the tree-trunk spell and tried to use it somewhere around the springs, but I coundn't find out where to use it. However, I found another way! You can just run right at the springs and they'll spring you to the right. On the very last spring on both of the sets of springs, get as far back as you can without getting on the 2nd to last spring, then run! On the 1st set of springs, that techniuque will spring you to the 2nd set, and on the 2nd set of springs, it will spring you to the rez neckalace. (Boy I really wish I hadn't died with it in Storm Valley, because rez necklaces bring you back alive to full health) I tried to use it but now I know rez necklaces get used when you die. And thanks for the help, I finished Storm Valley! at the end, there's 2 exits but both of them give you 2 other levels, Hangnabit and Flash Freeze, and I went on to play Hangnabit. It was actully very easy as soon as I got the hang of the hang glider. Obfuscation & Edification was easy too. (Hey, It's demo level 3 remember?) Now I'm stuck on that incredibly anoyying Labyrinth. And could you give me some advice how to navigate the level?

The map will help you navigate through the level.

What spots are you having the most trouble with? To stop the armadillopines you need to shoot, block with the shield, shoot, block, ect. Where are your other troublesome parts?

    • I usually save the Labyrinth until I've done the Ice Levels. On the second ice level you can buy up to 100 fire seeds, and those are very handy for killing armadillos.

(I usually save the Labyrinth until after I've done the first fire level too, because the V blade is very handy in the Labyrinth).

Don't read this if you don't want some secrets...
If I get time I'll write out the method I use to go from level to level, but suffice it to say, for now: Once at UinG - go to right exit - go to Storm Valley - get the 9 fire seeds there then go back to the left, back to UinG, go to left exit, skip through River of Fears (opening the exit, but not visiting Nimbo) then Goblin King to get tree trunk (he's killed with 3 fire seeds), then back to Storm Valley to finish (sometimes I leave the armadillos til I've got extra fire seeds), then to the ice levels, spend all what's left of Nimbo's money (after buying the ice pick) on fire seeds, then going back to River of Fears and give Nimbo the few coins you have left, then to the first fire level, then to Hangnabit and the Labyrinth. Very simple!

My real troubles are the armadillos and the up-down going spike balls. The fartest I've gotten in the level was the gray armadillo right under the 1st ziridium brine in the level. Besides, walking armadillos go through shields. Didn't you know that???!??????!!!!!!!!!? The gray armadillo I was talking about walked at me and killed me. Common, give me some true advice!!!?!

Boy am I dumb! I never thought of doing what you said. But wouldn't it be easyer to beat Hangnabit and Obfuscation & Edifiation (drat. I wish I knew better how to spell that!) before doing the Fire levels? That would allow you to go straight to The Labyrinth instead of beating Hangnabit and Obfuscation & Edification first.
