I think I know where you are, but I'm not positive. If you are where I think you are, above a Spike Pit, you:
() Push the Button down,
() Go left across the Spike Pit,
() Cntinue going left until you come to a drop downward,
() Do not drop down, insted jump across and continur going left,
() Go down all the ropes, and continue going left until you get to the short, flat ground with two torches above it,
() Spin - jump in the middle of the torches until you get to another button,
() (Push it),
() Continue going left until you come to those fire pits, (You'll need to go down a bit)
() Go across the pits then go right,
() Go up when you can't go any further right,
() Keep going and the two barriers should be open if you have got both the two buttons down,
() Go right across the bridge, save and the exit the level by going right.
