--Log Opened--

I've opened another log for another of my projects. Really? Yes. Wow. This will help keep this project up to date, let others contribute to it (if they wish), and lets people know what it includes.

I'm working on what is to be the most complete and up to date* guide for MASCOT, Ambrosia's world editor for Ferazel's Wand. This guide will show you how to make a basic level from start to completion. It will also include handy reference guides, tricks, and sugestions. The regular version will be in PDF format. I will also include a text-only duplicate. It will be updated regularly, and I hope others will contribute to it.

*Not yet. Until then use the FAQs, MASCOT REFERENCE GUIDE, or other documentation.

Questions Anyone?
Why? We have umpteen guides now.

1. I understand something when I write it in my own words. I think it will improve my understanding of MASCOT, and my levels.
2. Joedo hasn't updated his guide in a while
3. It will be a good reference for myself. It will be easy to access, and I'll know where to look for certain topics. It will also include info that is useful for myself. Most of the guides I've seen are reference charts (Which are nice and I'll have my fair share to), but I also want step by step instructions for achiving certain things.
   Where is it?
   On my hard disk. I'll upload it to BFJ (Burnum's Ferazel Junk) this week.
   Contribute?
   Yes. If you think of something that I should include, please just post something like, "Remember to include..." Please wait until the first edition is out, though. I'll cover a lot, but will forget a lot as well.

Assimilate (vt) - 1. to take up and make part of itself or oneself; to absorb or incorporate (If you try, I'll press charges. That would be plagerism.) 2. To compare or liken (Well go ahead and compare the guides. See if I care.)

Posting the guide on the addons page would be good for less advanced people to better use MASCOT.
