I've done just about everything; but now that manipulative little elf in the Plain Of Endless Wind caves wants me to find him some "magical herbs"...inside joke on the part of the developers?

Either way, this seemed simple enough until the only boat I could take to the island wouldn't sail because their good luck statue had been stolen. One problem now: I don't know who stole it, or where in the name of God to find it!!! This is the last obstance to my beating the game, I've done everything and explored just about everywhere and have the Battle Axe Of Misery, etc. Please, aid me! (this is also my first post. Good day, all!)
