Have you turned the "floating blocks" solid yet? If not, you need to do that first. Hint - shoot to your right and jump to your left.

You have to get close to the small opening and see the red button use the fireball to depress the button the floating cubes will solidify. Go back the wall with the door and climb the wall hop over to the closest cube ther is a button high on the wall use the fireball to hit it. The second wall of cubes will solidify. Hop across the cubes ang go out on top of the wall. This was probably more complicated than necessary, but it worked for me
