      I have no idea what's going on

      So I believe I did the first mission for the Confederation storyline, which is a shipment of goods issued by a Confederation Officer. He said there'd be more runs in the future, but ever since I've never seen the Confederation on Planet Touchdown again. Sure, I see them in space, but not on planets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      And yes, I am using the EVC port for EV Nova.

      Yep that is how it goes. Just touch down on other Fedration planets and visit the bar and you will find other delivery missions.
