I have the task , tomb of elixers. the blue guys are killing me, what are the best things to wear? I have the gloves (armor seven, +20 undead) from the swordsman guild, and the holy coat (+10 undead, armor low) . I also have an elixer to use. What else will help me?

The Divine Lamp would help you. It gives 50 undead protection and is the best undead protector in the game. You can get it in a tomb in the northwest part of the Ghost Swamps.

Those blue guys are Ice Elementals, and they are not Undead. I don't know the very minimum requirements, but before I went into High Garendall, I collected:
Elven Full Plate
Dwarven Runic Sword (both available for free in Wyrm Valley)
Lilith Shield (available at Kalixa's House, also availble for free from dead Liliths)
Necklace of Stone
Belt of Stone (both available at Berglum)
Boots of Lightning
Ring of Snake (both available at Kalixa's House)

and beat the elementals easily. For the Undead, you should get the Divine Lamp and sell those gauntlets of yours.
