Using EV through Classic on Mac OS X
Hello! I have been playing EV on an old Imac and it worked great!! I just got a new powerbook G4 with 10.4 tiger and it seems incredibly slow. Is there a way to fix this??
Thanks! ~Tyler
I'm guessing your old iMac used something earlier than 10.2. Unfortunately, the graphic driver in 10.3 and 10.4. gives EV choppy graphics. It's sad...
You can port EV from EVO (which runs well in classic in all systems), and EVN (which is for OS X).
will I have to pay for the new software?
For EVO/EVN, yes (unless you already have one or both). The ports are free though.
I'm getting ready to upgrade to 10.4. Does that mean my days of playing EVC are really over? That is sad

I'm guessing you have 10.2 or earlier. The answer, sadly, is yes.
