Hi everybody,

I was reading through these posts trying to find a way to download the full version with out waiting days on end. I noticed a post somewhere about a program called Speed Download, so I figured I'd try it out. Sure enough, it just about doubled the average transfer speed.

Now I have a new problem. The file is a "Speed Download Segment file" so Stuffit can't figure out how to expand it.

I'd rather not redo this download as it took me 5 and a half hours to finish.

Speed Download works by splitting the file into different parts, then downloading them all at the same time. When I used it to download PoG, it automatically put all the segments together at the end, so I don't know how you managed to get one of the files separated from the rest. Try finding the other segments and maybe Speed Download will be able to put them together. If that doesn't work, you could try downloading pog from Jericon's mirror, it's much faster than ambrosia's.
