Most of the missions are not showing up in my copy of Escape Velocity. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Not showing up as in: you can't get any missions for the reb's or fed's? You need a minimum combat rating and/or status in certain systems to get missions. Not to mention, the random availability factor varies greatly from one mission to another. Kill pirates and keep looking on reb or fed worlds(and even pirate) till you find some missions.Hope this answers your question.
