I got the cloaking devide and made it to Sol with the troops and i landed on luna. now how do i get them off my ship? then i went to mars cuz it sed to do that later, but the troops were still with me, how do insert them into luna???

There is a bug that sometimes shows up in that mission, IIRC. I believe the only cure is to abort ther mission and try to get it again later.

Incidentally, just a tip...don't try and beat the mission with a fighter or something...once you take off from Mars, you will be chased by 6+ heavy vessels and about 10 or so fighters...make you have enough fuel.
