There's one tip I can give you. Get a Mac.

What exactly is a ROM and where can i get it from? I am extremly new to this and have basically no idea what i am doing. I need a ROM or a ROM image to run EVO because executor (which requires no rom) wont run EVO.

Would you be referring to Executor?
It may be bad, but the sound works, and it doesn't need a ROM image.
