Okay, this worked for me two times in version 1.3.1
It's most definitively a bug, so I don't know if it works for later versions.

I accepted a mission to hack into the International Academic Database.
When I finished the job, I replied. But the briefing text did not disappear. Instead I received the email that starts the Andmomeda storyline. They sent me Revelation v1 and 10,000 credits.
The trick is that everytime I replied to the IAD-Briefing, I got the Andromeda-email again, including Revelation AND 10,000 credits. Alright, you have to abandon them all except one and this may cost you points, but it worked everytime I tried it.
It's a really cool trick.
