Who uploaded the EMPTY MUSIC FILE into the addons section?

After some hours of playing, the Uplink music really started getting on my nerves (especially the welcome to the deadlock of reality -song. Deactivating the music in the audio menu is useless, as it also deactivates the sounds. Actually this is pretty stupid, as it is more simple to use the silence button on the keyboard.

I then found the empty music file in the addons section with the promise, that the music would be gone but the sounds would be still there.

My problem is that the file is not stuffed and my computer is unable to download it properly, as it considers it an unknown file format. The difference can be seen in ResEdit.
Once I open the original music file, it says
Type: DATA
Creator: Uplk
The file I get when I download the addon is either
Type: TEXT
Creater: <nothing>
or both nothing (depending on the browser).

The person who uploaded the file included neither a readme nor did s/he post his/her email adresse in the description.
If the respective person reads this, could you please send a sit or zip with the file to

IE and Safari.
It is just strange, as actually sound and music are stored in seperate files. Still, if music is missing, sound remains silent as well.

I just replaced the music file with the one I downloaded. Music is gone and sounds remain. I don't know what to say beyond that.
