I've completed this mission. The tech guy I was supposed to frame for bank fraud went down; that is, to jail; that is, he was arrested or so the news server reported. However, ARC tells me that I didn't modify the logs to trace back to him. But I did. In fact, I went and changed another log after a while. Must be a bug, but now I can't advance further in the story lline without starting over. Or at least going back a ways. Anyone else having this problem?

This is a common bug. Just try waiting a bit, then try again. One cool thing about Uplink is that you can get a guy arrested even if he's already been arrested. Try framing him again.

Yes, I framed him already. He's been arrested, but ARC won't ankowledge the mission is complete until the logs have been changed. I've waited days and still no success.

Wait, I hear that this mission is special. Change the log, then reply straight away: don't wait for the news to say he's been framed.
