This file is found in the uplink test machine, along with the test data and some "com" data (dont know why). I copied it to my memory banks and it appears red, like normal software does, but i cant find it in my run software section. Its not under any catgory? Is this something you have to run through the console on another server?

It doesn't really do anything. I think you can run it from the console of the UTM but it just says something like "Program started".
