Well I filled out a developers application for Legends to Ambrosia 4 weeks and 1 day ago and I have still not heard a response from them. Are they usually this way? Also they haven't responded to my emails. Any advice?

Well right now they are pressed to complete the upgrade for Coldstone, so they're really focused at the moment. Then again, maybe they never got it. Check with el presidente himself and see whats going on. He'll know what to do, and he will give you an answer rather quickly. Andrew's e-mail address is: andrew@ambrosiasw.com

I have been emailing andrew several times, he doesn't seem to be responding to my emails recently(past 3 days). The other times he said they never got it. I have sent it to them 3 times each time they state they never got it.

Hey GrahamVH where did you get the developers application from? Is it downloadable or do you have to send a self addressed stamped envelope to get one mailed to you?
I'd give them another few weeks before sending email enquiring the status of your application. They probably get many submissions and it takes time to work through all the paper work.

In the techworks section there is a form for developers to submit a description of the game you want to buid or have already built for ambrosia to distribute. I used that fourm, 4 weeks have gone by since I first sent it to them.

Andrew is indeed the person you need to speak with, as he is the one that approves projects.
I know that he has been very busy the past week or so, which would explain the past 3 days. You might drop an e-mail to help@ambrosiasw.com just to see if they have received the application.
