The update with most of the glitches fixed.

Most of the glitches are fixed, and I added some extra content as well. Also, it has proper bosses.

Fun level, i agree. However, I think its a tad too easy. Make some of the new guns (and new colors) guarded or something. Just being able to fly up to them is a bit dissappointing. Also, add a bunch of more enemies, as they are sppaed too far apart to be that effective.

Other than that, gameplay is extremly fun! This is one of my favorite custom levels so far. Bosses are pretty cool, too, Maybe make the 'nuke' mine boss's shields more ressiliant, and its weapn fire at faster intervals, but excellent job so far!
Maybe I should start workin on a map...
