      Ok after i download it and decompress it i try to open it. When i do it asks me to configure my proxy sever or something. WHAT DO I DO WHICH OPTION DO I CHOOSE
      AND WHAT DO I TELL THEM MY USERNAME IS, MY PASSWORD
