How to make Nova recognize a sound file

I'd like to change the Nova music from it's original theme to something else, but I've got no idea where to start. I downloaded the Nova File Changer, but it doesn't seem to work... Can anyone out there help me with this one?

The introductory music isn't stored as a resource like everything else. Nova Music is just a regular sound file, and you can replace it with almost any sound file that QuickTime recognises.
