      I cant land on my planet

      ive added a new govt, spob and sys, and have set it so i can always land. I am not enemies with the government but i cant land, even if i dominate the planet. Why?

      The spob probably does not have the "Can Land" flag set.

      In that case, what message do you get when you try to land on the planet?

      A couple of things to check again would be that there are no Require bits selected in the govt resource, and that the spob's MinCoolness is - 32767.
