I rescued the general from the ghost swamp, but I cannot find him again - at Septembris' house or anywhere on that screen.
After realizing my strength was not where I need it to be for new quests, I resorted to looking at the walkthru, and it suggests that the Genral should be at Septembris, where he tells me to use his name to warn the other garrisons.
Does anyone know if I am looking in the wrong place, or may have done something wrong to make him disappear?
He should be pretty close to the center of the map that Septemris is on.
