Is it me or is it a game engine bug?
I'm reworking FOTVE. One of the changes I'm was making was to alter the govt RID 128, which would obviously be the United Earth, I added 3 points for smuggling penalty. The changes in the first mission was that a player could actually fail the mission if the cargo was scanned, but then on the second mission, a player was to rescue a pilot, in this one, I did not add any auxilary dude resources, nor did I set the attribute that a mission would fail because it was scanned. So when I went to test it out, everytime an interceptor was checking me, it would fail just like that regardless.
Now, I don't know why its doing that, so is this a bug in EVO 1.0.2? I'm wondering because I noticed that in every original stock govt ID, not a single one has anything for smuggling penalty. Could it have been the changes for 1.0.2 that the developers decided to leave the smuggling penalties blank?
