...how would people feel if I did the whole TC, except for the graphics (I can't do graphics), using the existing ones, and if, once the plug was finished, someone wanted to make me some graphics, I use them instead and release them as an addon plug?
I say this in response to Martin Turner's post in a different topic (I didn't post there because this would have been way off-topic :p) about the size of Nova plugins.
I feel this would be a good way of doing it, because the plugin size would be (relativly) small and easy to download, and if the plugin is rubbish, or it turns into vapourware, then I don't waste anyone's time (except my own).
What do people think?

Actually, this is the best way to get custom graphics done for your TC. Get the rest of it done first so the artists know they wont be wasting their time It also gets a playable (almost)TC out there that people can play even though the graphics part hasnt been completed yet.

As Jules said , that is indeed a good idea , you can make a TC without new graphics and just using all the graphics available in Nova. It won't exactly have the "feel" of your story , but once its nearly done , people will be more inclined to help you.
