You do not have to edit the original files. Nova loads the plugins in alphabetical order, if you give the plugin a name that begins with a letter after "P" you can copy the Venerian Striker ship resource into it, make changes, and it will be loaded in place of the one in the Polycon plugin.

That I did not know. I will do that. I'd actually like to see this thing work properly.

One last thing. If this all works and it doesn't look like some kind of hack, do I need your permission to upload it? I did after all change the ship picture and such.
