I installed Resedit with Nova Tools.
But when I look at the Spob Resourse, I only see giberis like Nova Tool Was not there at all.

Are you sure you installed it properly by copying all of the resources from NovaTools into the resedit prefs?
If so, did you accidently tell it to open with the HexEditor instead of the ResourceEditor?
Also, you have to reboot resedit after you install the NovaTools files, iirc.

That is most likely the problem - you have to run ResEdit at least once before trying to install NovaTools. Run ResEdit, Quit, and then follow the instructions to install NovaTools. Hopefully that should fix it.
