      I downloaded NovaTools but it's just a resedit template, wasn't there a Nova Tools stand alone program that ATMOS used to make NOVA becuase I remember seeing some screenshots of it posted by Andrew?

      And if so, how can the general public get it?

      NovaTools is neither a ResEdit template nor a stand-alone application. It is a set of ResEdit ~editors~ which are essentially mini-programs hosted within ResEdit. All the w00tWare tools that were used to develop the EV Nova scenario have been released; the only tool still unavailable is the upcoming PortAuthority.
