I Can't Download the Plugin Checker!

I Can't Download the Plugin Checker :(! I need to use some sort of Debugger/Checker to debug my Plug-in! Does anyone know what I can do to get a Debugger, or does someone know the E-mail of the maker to "plugin checker"? please I am Desperate!

You mean this one? Not working for me either, I suggest contacting an admin about that. It's a great program. In the mean time you can get an older version here.

(edit) Turns out that one isn't an older version after all :). You should probably contact an admin anyway though.
