    • Problem.


      OK. I'm in a Crescent Warship. The Crescent Warship is not the strongets ship out there but I have to make it work. I have two missions where eradication of the Azdgari is required (missions from the Igadzra and Zidagar :rolleyes: ) . I have the Plasma Siphon, 4 phase turrets, 4 shield enhancers, Layer of Vionian dospect armor and all engine/thrust upgrades.

      My ship can take-on all capital ships exept the Azdgari Warship. It's not the actual ship, but the damn escourts :mad:. A Igadzra capital ship can't handle them what chance do I have.

      So that's my problem and I'm open for solutions.

      Changing ships is not a solution. 😉

    • I've found the repulsor beam to be effective, myself.

      Do you thinkn giving up the Plasma Siphon for a repulsor beam is worth it?

      I personally would give up the plasma sihpon for the repulsor beam.

      Hell no. What you do is focus on one Azdara at a time while attempting to avoid the others. How you do that is up to you however.

    • Well I've destroyed the ships that needed to be destroyed but I'm having trouble with the Igadzra mission string. After destroying the fleet I return to Igadzra but nothing happens. I've tryed to go back to the station I had to protect but there are no enemy ships there. I've done this a couple of times now but with no success.

    • Um, that doesn't look too good. I've had that problem with missions not terminating properly -- and had to abort and start over again. Don't do it without backing up first, of course.

    • I would just like to make a point about the shield enhancers. They just
      are not good. I mean 20 ship units of shields for 20 in space. So your
      shields are now 270 in total. I just don't think that is a good trade off.
      The best close range weapon is the miranu defense system. For your ship
      I would suggest probably 6 launchers with the rest pods. Then fly over the
      opposing ship and let them have it. Quick, effective and the satisfaction
      of just obilterating another ship decisively. Keep your turrets and the
      P. Siphon is the better of the 2 anti fighter systems.
